You may not sell a motorcycle at this swap meet. Savannah Harley-Davidson's own rules let vendors bring anything motorcycle-related — parts, tools, leathers, literature — but complete bikes cannot be sold or traded, which turns the car park into a parts hunt rather than a used-bike lot and keeps the vintage machines in the show where they belong. A pitch costs ten dollars, cash or cheque, paid at the MotorClothes counter. Setup opens at nine, vehicles have to be clear and stalls standing by quarter to eleven, and everything comes down after two. Vendors bring their own tent, table, chairs, power and change: the dealership provides the tarmac and not much else, and reserves the right to look through what you have laid out and pull anything it does not like. The show runs alongside for three hours at the Fort Argyle Road store, out where the city thins into pine and marsh on the way to I-16. Judging classes and prizes for this year were not published. Bring cash and get there for nine.
