46th Annual Freedom Riders Motorcycle Classic Bike Show
March 27–28, 2027 · 10 AM · Bismarck, North Dakota
About this event
Late March in central North Dakota is not riding weather, which is exactly why the Freedom Riders put their show on then. It is a season-opener for people who cannot yet ride. The iron comes indoors and the riders come to look at it.
The Freedom Riders Motorcycle Club has had a clubhouse on East Thayer Avenue in Bismarck since 1976, and marked fifty years in August 2026. Their own line on the show is plainer than most mission statements: they love their community, they have been a club a long time, and this is how they give back. The charity auction goes to Disabled American Veterans alongside other local causes, and the club puts the total raised over the decade to 2017 at more than $350,000.
It fills the Bismarck Hotel and Conference Center across a Saturday and Sunday, with judged classes, vendors, raffles, the auction and then awards. Families are welcome and the organisers say so directly.
One recent year put fifty-six machines on the floor, Indians among them, restored bikes sharing the hall with RV and firearms displays. The club's bike show chairman, Derick Roller, called it simply the iron that we have in the show.
