6th Annual Leominster Eagle Riders Charity Ride

About this event
A memorial ride usually dies when the family runs out of energy for it. This one changed hands instead. Shawna Jean Larassa died in 2009, and her family and friends set up a scholarship fund in her name that year, for young people who, in their words, are determined to live life to the fullest. The family ran the ride themselves for years, out of Marlboro. When they stepped back, the Eagle Riders of Leominster Aerie 477 took it over, kept the beneficiary, and handed the fund an eight-thousand-dollar cheque.
