HogRock'toberfest 2026
Sep 30, 2026 – Oct 4, 2026 · Hogrock Ranch & Campground, 53 Edmonson Landing · Cave In Rock, Illinois
About this event
Five days on a private ranch above the Ohio River, and the shape of it tells you what kind of rally this is: motorcycles get in free, everything on four wheels pays, and the gate is twenty-one and over with no exceptions. It is bring your own bottle. The ground has hosted large outdoor events since the mid-nineties and is set up for them — an amphitheatre lawn holding several thousand, cabins and furnished tipis for people who would rather not pitch, hook-ups for RVs, and open field for everyone else. Around the music there are field games, stunt shows, contests and bonfires that run late. Southern Illinois is the reason to ride in rather than trailer: this is Shawnee National Forest country, with the Ohio River Scenic Byway following the water past the state park on the edge of town. One thing worth knowing before you plan a crossing — the Cave-In-Rock ferry into Kentucky no longer runs.
