About this event
Held in a working brewery on the Allegheny River about twenty miles above Pittsburgh, Glory Daze is a builder's show rather than a rally. Custom choppers come from across North America, alongside vintage restorations, café racers, race bikes and hot rods, with art and live music through both days. The curated centrepiece is the Trippy Ten — ten machines picked out and given their own showcase. A Friday-night launch gathering is included in the wristband, and there is an after-party on the Saturday. Twenty dollars covers both days and under twelves are free. Parking is free on site, with a cheap riverside pass for classic cars. The rules are short: no dogs, no colours, no weapons, no outside drink. It has moved venues over the years — earlier editions ran at the Carrie Blast Furnaces in Rankin — so ignore older listings and check the current address before you set off.
