The HOPE Rally 2026

About this event
A charity weekend at Lake Tahoe, based at the Golden Nugget on the Nevada side of Stateline. It began as an idea in 2017 and now draws several hundred riders each year, raising money for prostate and ovarian cancer research through FORCE and the Prostate Cancer Foundation. The mechanics are simple: scenic rides around the lake and the Sierra, a raffle that is the fundraising engine, and a grand finale dinner that has sold out in recent years. Recent prize draws have included two custom Indian Motorcycles. Dinner tickets are sold separately from the rides. Note the name: organisers have dropped "motorcycle" from the title, to reflect support that now reaches beyond riders, so newer listings say simply HOPE Rally. The motorcycle side of it, and the Indian giveaways, continue as before. Late September at Tahoe is close to ideal riding weather, and the rides make use of it.
