Leesburg Bikefest™
April 24–26, 2027 · 8 AM · Leesburg, Florida
About this event
Leesburg closes something like twenty blocks of its downtown and turns them over to motorcycles for three days — Main Street, Town Square and the surrounding grid, with three concert stages and hundreds of food and merchandise vendors filling the gaps. It has been running since the late nineties and now pulls well over a hundred thousand people to a town of twenty-odd thousand. Admission is free, and so is general entry to every concert, which is unusual for a festival booking names like Everclear and Lita Ford. VIP packages exist for anyone who wants a guaranteed view. There is a poker run, an extreme action zone with a wall of death, and an opening procession from Canal Street to Town Square led by the local high school drum line. Lake County sits in the middle of Florida's lake district, which makes the ride in more interesting than the interstate approach to most coastal rallies.
