Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest
September 15–20, 2026 · 8 AM · Lake Ozark, Missouri
About this event
Now in its third decade, Bikefest fills the Bagnell Dam Strip — a compact run of bars, shops and lakefront decks that becomes one long rally site for the week. Shady Gators anchors it, with nightly live music, a custom bike show, biker games, bikini contests, cage fights and vendor rows. Recent editions have been run in partnership with the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, which brought its programming and its people to Missouri. Admission is free, which is unusual for a rally this size and makes it easy to ride in for a day rather than commit to the week. The surrounding area counts hundreds of biker-friendly bars, restaurants, motels and campgrounds, so beds exist at most price points if you book before the summer. The riding is the other half of it: the roads threading the lake's arms and the Ozark hills behind them are curved, quiet and largely empty midweek.
