2026 Green Mountain Rally

Four decades of history behind this one: the Green Mountain Rally is run by the BMW Motorcycle Owners of Vermont and held at a camp property outside Brandon, with cabins and tent space on the grounds. Numbers are kept to a couple of hundred riders, which is the point — it is a club rally, not a festival, and it feels like one. The days are for riding the Green Mountains, with the national forest, the gaps and the dirt roads of central Vermont immediately to hand. Evenings bring live music, hot meals and a bonfire, which in a Vermont September is not a garnish. Registration is a flat per-person fee covering the weekend, with a deadline shortly before the rally and a separate charge for shirts. Cabins and camping are both on site. Volunteer slots are usually going if you would rather work a shift than sit still.
